We are happy to announce Rawsome now ships to 12 States on the West Coast.
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays. In the rare cases of natural disasters or weather disturbances we will hold off shipping until a later date.
Orders in by Fridays by 12 will be available to pick up or ship the following week
To ensure the quality and freshness of the food during shipping, we have a minimum order requirement of 15 lbs. This ensures that the food remains frozen and arrives in excellent condition. If your order does not meet this minimum, there is a possibility that it may be canceled, and a 3% restocking fee may be applied. To avoid any inconvenience or fees, please make sure that your order contains at least 16 lb of products. This will ensure that your order is shipped on time and arrives in perfect condition.
We greatly value customer satisfaction at Rawsome, and we strive to ensure that you are well taken care of. While we hope that you never encounter any issues with your order, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If your order arrives in poor condition due to our error, we will be happy to replace it for you.
However, it's important to note that we can only honor replacements for orders that arrived in poor condition if it is our mistake. Orders with incorrect addresses or those that were not stored properly after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
If you do receive an order in poor condition, we kindly request that you report it to us within 24 hours after delivery. This will allow us to promptly assist you and provide a refund or replacement as necessary. Please contact us via email at info@rawsomerevolution.com.
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen goods, we are unable to accept returns once the food has been in your possession. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we stand behind our products 100%. If you have any concerns or are not satisfied, please reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note that once orders are processed, shipped, or ready for pick up, we cannot accept any refunds or cancellations.
We always recommend ordering two weeks before you want to receive your shipment. Even though we use ground shipping which is typically 2 days, this does not account for processing. All orders placed after Fridays will ship the following week.
Ex. Order placed on Saturday the 7th will ship the following Tuesday the 17th. Expect about 10 days processing time after our cut off day.
We take pride in using environmentally-friendly packaging when available for our shipments. We utilize green several different brands and products depending on the time of year. If the packaging includes a plastic insert, you can remove it and dissolve it by running it under water.
If your food arrives thawed but still cold, it is generally safe to use as long as the temperature has not exceeded 42 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature is still within the range of refrigerator temperature, you can simply place the packages into the freezer to restore them to their frozen state.
Additionally, we ensure that your order is properly packed with the appropriate amount of dry ice or ice packs to maintain the quality and freshness of the frozen goods during transit. This way, you can be confident that your order will arrive in excellent condition.
