Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us here at Rawsome and we want to make sure you are taken care of. We hope that this is never an issue but if your order arrives in poor condition we will replace the order if it's an error on our end. Wrong addresses or orders that weren't put away on time will not be honored. Please report within 24 hours after shipment arrives in poor condition to get a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of frozen goods we cannot accept any returns after the food has been in your hands. That being said, we stand behind our products 100% and will be happy to assist you in the case of not being satisfied with your order. Please email us at info@rawsomerevolution.com.
Once orders are processed there is a 3% restocking fee if cancelled. For orders already shipped we can not accept any returns or cancellations.
